The design for this pendant was a result of a custom order commission for a traditional pure iron Sikh pendant representing a moon and a sword. The bail (the bit the leather goes through) is one of my own design and an evolution of another bail type I designed based on bronze age bow brooch hinges. The decoration is done by using my set of Viking stamps.

Full description
This iron moon pendant has been forged and decorated completely by hand. The black surface still bears the hammer marks and texture of my anvil as witness to its origin The pendant is mindfully forged out of a single piece of iron. The moon has there layers of protection from the elements, allowing you to wear this pendant everyday if you want. The cord can be adjusted allowing you to wear the pendant short or long.

Each Moon pendant is individually made, so minor differences in size, shape and texture may occur.
The length of the necklace is adjustable from 27 inches down to 15 inches.

Surface: Black colour, Traditionally oil quenched and hot waxed.
Each pendant comes in a handmade card gift box.
