Full description
Teardrops Brooch with White Howlite Gemstone set in a copper and sterling silver bezel, mounted on a brass teardrop. Sterling silver push pin with butterfly clasp closure. Seconds Sunday - End of Season Sale. There are no faults with this item, it's end of line and a design I'll no longer be making as I'm moving away from working with gemstones in favour of recycled glass.
I firt created the brass teardrop and added a small silver disc at the top and soldered the brooch pin to the reverse. Then I made the bezel for the howlite gemstone using copper for the base and sterling silver for the outside edges which hold the stone in place. This was then soldered securely to the brass teardrop giving a nice double teardrop shape.
Brooch measures 1.5 inches.
I handmake all my items to my own designs using quality materials bought in the UK.
Your brooch will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post, wrapped in layers of tissue and presnted in an organza gift bag and gift boxed.
