Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All our prints are produced to order on high quality 230gsm Superlative Archival Matt card which helps retain the vibrancy of the ink, and they are securely packaged to prevent damage during postage. Returns: If you receive a damaged print(s) or are not happy with the quality we will gladly fully refund the print(s) cost (not the p&p) on return of the print(s) with the buyer paying return postage costs.
