The colours were inspired by a memory of an album cover that my brother painted onto his wall, 'World Machine' by Level 42. I guess my brain just wanted a more colourful sky and the colours of my memory are rather brighter than the original. I do enjoy crafting whilst listening to various types of music and was clearly thinking of this album when I chose my colours.

Corriedale, Merino, Silk and wool nepps, hand dyed, hand blended batt - 'Magenta Skies' 50g
A beautiful blend of quite vivid magenta and aqua/turquoise. I love this blend for its soft handle when spinning.
This fibre is perfect for spinning, felting or any variety of crafts. My own blend of Corriedale, Merino and silk makes the yarn it creates perfect for soft garments next to the skin. I'm sensitive to the scratch that some wool has but I can wear this blend on my neck with no problems.
This batt is hand dyed with professional acid dyes (not nearly as scary as it sounds, the acid is vinegar).
The listing is for one batt of approximately 55g.
