(EXCLUSIVE TO KAZ KRAFT UK AS POEM WAS WRITTEN BY MYSELF)
The plaque is hand cut MDF measuring approx 8" x 4".
It has been handpainted in a blue matt paint plaque (other colours available - lilac, cream, baby pink, beige, white).
Decorated with white handpainted dots and a teddy bear embellishment (other embellishments are available - discuss with seller prior to purchase to arrange).
A white wooden heart hangs underneath that contains your 'from' message.
Hung on white ribbon.
Great unique gift.
