The gardener Carol Klein had a Selinum wallichianum plant in her border, and as soon as I saw the delicate filament leaves I knew I had to have one to Cyanotype with. Billowing clouds of white star-shaped flowers, and reaching over a meter tall, it makes a great statement plant for the border. It can be grown on poor soil and is a great source of nectar for wildlife. Plus the name is fun sounding!

Full description
Painterly strokes of Prussian Blue embrace a lacey leaf from the Selinum wallichianum plant, in this Traditional Cyanotype Photogram. Also known as Milk Parsley it puts on a display of fluffy white flower umbels in midsummer which can last until autumn and its leaves are perfect for Cyanotype. This contemporary Photogram would make a lovely addition to any wall or picture shelf, bringing beautiful botanicals in.

Created on 300gsm acid free watercolour paper, hinge-mounted to a backboard and White mount both acid-free and in a fully recyclable protective bag.
Named ‘Anquanetta’ numbered and signed on the reverse, it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as an Original Artwork 1/1
Mounted Size 11” x 14” (27.94 x 35.56cm) ready for you to place into a standard 11” x 14” frame of your choice.
Aperture size is 8” x 10” (20.32 x 25.4 cm)
The photogram will be posted in an all-board envelope which is reusable and recyclable.
