You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable. We emphasise that you measure your space where items are to be fitted. Always double check this to avoid expensive returns!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Cookbook Stands can be average and simple, this is pretty simple but its definitely NOT yer average so hey all you Great British Bakers and Cooks! Get those recipes displayed and get cooking! Itll also hold your Tablet at the perfect angle too.
We designed this with great care and attention as were brilliant at cooking here! Old Timber with its grain enhanced by us using an ivory chic paint that we mix and create ourselves. Sealed with a tough finish to make it easy to wipe clean. Zoom right in and Take a closer look at the photos in our listing here and see the copper details as well as the clever practical way it functions. This is such a fabulous gift too for that keen cook and cake maker. Then when cookings done, get the sheet music out and strum a few chords. The natty little flip up & down copper stay will hold a piece of paper tight too when you want that A4 recipe to refer to as well as the hand written ones.

This folds flat for easy storage when you want to tidy up.

These sizes are approximate as timber is quirky and has subtle variations. Each one we make will be like thumb print as no two can possibly be the same.
