You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable. We emphasise that you measure your space where items are to be fitted. Always double check this to avoid expensive returns!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Sconces are so Versatile and designs for these are endless. We make different sizes and shapes too. This particular one is a decent size, not over large and yet quite significant. Dressed with a really nice candle or perfume diffuser, or a small plant. It's a quirky and versatile ornament. This one has a small round mirror set in and copper too. This reflects the greenery for your trailing plant or cactus, as well as a flickering candle.
We feel the need to say always take care with candles and never leave them lit and unattended or around children and pets.
Create a lovely light and mood in you room. Aromas of scented diffusers and candles make a home so welcoming.
We love finding awesome pieces of timber that will shape up lovely for this kind of thing. Easy to hang too. It's the little interesting things that make a home cosy and interesting.
