You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Utensil Rail for All your larger cooking utensils. Another beautiful piece of timber and mineral copper. Antibacterial properties are a real bonus with items such as these. Copper is amazing in its' qualities. Not only is it beautiful to look at, it has all these hidden secrets. Used for many things since way back when..
In this instance we are incorporating materials and joining them together to create this practical handmade item.
The Timber back is stained with a warm Acorn Oak, then a sealant applied. The Bar is made with Pure Mineral Copper. The brackets are brass. There are pre-drilled holes for fixing points with coins to cover screw heads (optional).
Hooks are not included but are readily available from Amazon, Wilko, Halfords and most DIY outlets.
