You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable. We emphasise that you measure your space where items are to be fitted. Always double check this to avoid expensive returns!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a Multi Task Design Hairdryer and Hair Tool-kit holder. Our latest model. Reclaimed Timber, Copper and Brass fittings mounted onto this to cleverly hold all the important and most used things you need to groom your hair.
This ingenious design was created out of need. Note the second coiled copper part is designed to hold a narrower barrelled hair tool, designed by a hairdresser who knows all about tidy and safe storage. Keep hot hair tools out of harms way and children's reach. Tidy up flexes too keep them all neat and out of the way.
The copper coil is not only attractive and pleasing to the eye, it is known for its' special properties which you can read up on via Wikipedia. These are one of the best selling products, handmade with care and love always. The timbers we aim at a mid warm oak, however this model is our painted finish version using a tough finish. this can vary a little as each one is handmade. You can state a preference when you place the order if you prefer it stained.
If you prefer 2 coils without the arm please also state when you place the order. Timbers vary depending where sourced from and we choose from all-sorts.
Measurements approx: (we can alter these to suit your space): W: 32cm x 9-10cm. The diameter internal measurement is 9.5-10.2 cm, the external measurement is 10.4. Copper is malleable yet strong so will stretch if needed.
