Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable. We emphasise that you measure your space where items are to be fitted. Always double check this to avoid expensive returns!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

The Norfolk is a Homely Bathroom Glass Mirrored Cabinet, Beautiful Salvaged Timber handmade Cabinet for bathroom or Washroom, Holds a lot. This Interesting piece of cabinet furniture looks amazing in a crisp clean clinical setting or a country cottage look. In fact we have emulated the cottage look. So pleasing. The shelving is all solid timber too. In fact it's solid timber throughout. The grains we select are all individual of course as every tree is different. This is a reversible design so whether you need yours left or right handed, simply turn it the way you need it. This is what makes timber such a designer piece in itself. The mirrored door is backed with timber, sealed up well. The door is finished with an antique bronze knob (not as in pictured here). Steel hinges.
Carefully selected Salvaged wood honed and treated to create a lovely finish. Using specialist stains in Acorn Oak, with a tough sealant to finish. This piece is one of our special besties, rustic beauty.
There are pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet with coins as screw covers. Fixings are not included.
Measurements in cm are: H:50 x W:41 x Internal Depth: 12cm (approx) measurements in centimetres.
External Depth: 16.6cm
The Mirror area measurements are: H: 37 x W: 29 cm.
We can reduce the depth if you prefer it shallower.
