Bathrooms and toilet areas can be uninteresting places to go to, yet...we go to them so very often! So we think lets explore any excuse to be able to jazz the place up a bit. A beautiful piece of old timber shaped and treated sympathetically, then add an attractive copper part to it ready to hold the essential loo roll. Neat for the smaller room yet room for a cuppa in the morning.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Please note that we dont provide screw fixings as there are too many variants for us to be able to get it right for the individuals needs.
