In addition to our double design letter rack, we make this smaller single one. This would be more than sufficient for a small shelf with less mail coming through the letter box....
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable. We emphasise that you measure your space where items are to be fitted. Always double check this to avoid expensive returns!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Letters, Daily Mail, Flyers, Calling Cards, Dental Reminders, All need to be filed conveniently for quick referral and and most importantly to keep them safe.
This is a carefully chosen piece of old timber, fashioned into this slick little handy docking deck. Note the Copper Bar is a flattering metal with anti-bacterial properties too. Leave it free standing on a convenient shelf or hang it in a permanent favourite place.
We make different designs here at Chiselwick. We have larger styles and different paint or stain finishes. Or maybe you'd like to match your wall paint for a more subtle look? We can easily do that.
