So after me collating them all and typing them all out we then got this published. These are true to life and in fact some are gleaned from real life experiences....

Full description

To read poetry or mull over thoughts and prose that you can identify with, is always comforting and intriguing.

The English language is forever educating us and should never be missed or forgotten.

In this present age we are in danger of losing centuries of our beautiful words and the forever evolving written expressions.

Poetry is not only amusing and soul restoring but its soothing and immensely skilful expressing lifes patterns, cultures and journeys.

Lets rekindle the pen and paper, lets read this compilation of truly beautiful and legible prose set in rhythm and clever rhyme.

Alfie has written these poems over many years of his life. I rescued them from near death as he went into a depressive state and unbeknownst to me proceeded to trash them. Only by pure chance did I spot the corner of some handwritten scribbles and pulled them out only to rescue and compile them ready to go to print.

These have been written from late sixties to recent years.

After he suffered a stroke and lost his speech for 3 years, hes not been able to compose at all. He remembers them all but sadly, simply can no longer create new ones. He is trying to though

He is however extremely skilled in his workshop creating all things for our beautiful cottage industry being, ChiselWick. We are both fortunate that we are creative and work well together
