When sitting on the throne, as we often do us folks, it's nice to be surrounded by all the essentials ready at your disposal. So a beautiful idea struck as to lets make it a double. So that's what we did. With a natty shelf that may even hold a double scotch if that's your poison, and a good place for a cup o tea or espresso.....
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We aim to help when something is not right, if something is faulty for example. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If on the rare occasion you find you have to request a return and the item is not faulty, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. The return postage will be payable by you the customer/purchaser. Note that we do not provide you with fixings as the variants are numerous. There is no point in us sending something that's totally unusable. We emphasise that you measure your space where items are to be fitted. Always double check this to avoid expensive returns!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This design is more than just a toilet roll holder, it's a piece of individual furniture. It's impressive! practical, Solid and to keep.
We love creating special pieces with all the salvaged timber we source. We have these all of us in our family homes. We also make this same model using 22mm Pure Mineral Copper. If you can't see it in our shop, ask us about it.
