Full description
This hallmarked, original sterling silver pendant has been completely handmade. The pendant is based on a handcrafted sterling silver heart. I have drawn a mermaid and saw pierced the shape from sterling silver sheet, applying texture to her beautiful tail and adding sterling silver wire curls. Her companion is a sterling silver dolphin, also handdrawn.
The pendant hangs from a handmade sterling silver bail, engraved with a scale pattern to echo the pattern on the mermaid's tail. This is a unique design, perfect for anyone who enjoys wearing original jewellery.
The pendant comes with a 16 inch recycled silver, diamond cut, 1.2mm curb chain and is presented in a black cardboard box as shown in the photographs.
Please note that both silver and copper will tarnish and will need to be polished. To minimise tarnishing, it is recommended that the items are kept dry and stored in the box that they come in.
