Full description
MUG -11 fluid oz ceramic mug (95mm high, 80mm diameter not including handle) suitable for dishwasher and microwave. Printed on both sides. If choosing the Four Mug Option they do NOT all need to be the same, the other Three can be of any other vehicles from my range.
The Ford Escort Mk 1 Mexico was a special edition of the Ford Escort and was manufactured between 1970-1974. It was produced in celebration of a Ford Escort's win in the 1970 London to Mexico World Cup Rally where it was driven by Hannu Mikkola and Gunnar Palm. It had a 1598cc cross flow engine producing 85bhp and its body was strengthened making it suitable for the amateur motor sports competitor. There were just over 10,000 Mexico variants manufactured.
I photographed this car at the London to Brighton Classic Car Run in June 2019.
