A silver twist ring with and open spiral design and a gorgeous moss aquamarine.
It's adjustable and perfect as a gift if you're not quite sure of the size you need.
Moss Aquamarine is a variety of beryl with a wonderful earthy hue that is perfect for lovers of nature. The stones have inclusions that give them a translucent moss-like appearance, highlighted by the iron trace elements within. I love the moss aquamarine because it has a slightly greener tint than the traditional blue-green aquamarine gemstone.
Seems perfect as the birthstone of March - sea green for Pisces.
The shank is twisted from one wire and in the loop at the end is nestled a rondelle faceted aquamarine bead.
The opposite end is shaped into a spiral. Both twists and spirals are classic and has been used since Celtic times in jewellery.
I have oxidised the ring to give it character and age. The ring has a medieval handmade look. I have twisted and forged by hand and it shows in the rustic irregularities. It gives the ring character and makes each one of them unique.
The ring is adjustable and the open design allows you to just pull or squeeze gently until the ring is comfortable on your finger. In the photos the ring is set to a size 6 (US) or M (UK).
You should still choose a general size to get the best look of the ring.
