Leather wallet is perfect for gifting, it’s handcrafted using a veg tanned leather from the world renowned Italian Badalassi Carlo tannery. In a rich Cognac colour it has the most incredible pull up or lightening effect which gives the leather a distressed look when pulled or folded. The interior card pockets are made from Walpier Buttero leather in Black.
Every aspect of the process is crafted by hand, cutting, punching, saddle stitching, bevelling and burnishing.
The Oscar wallet is hand sewn using traditional saddle stitching with Ritza Tiger waxed thread in Orange for superior strength. The edges are burnished to seal the leather so it retains its natural oils and won’t dry out. Because Badalassi is a full grain leather, it means the hide has not been buffed or sanded to remove any marks so colourings and texture will vary from piece to piece as all are unique and with care should last a lifetime.
