I wanted to make a bracelet for people with anxiety, after someone nervously asked me at my stall if I had anything for mental health. We shouldn't be afraid to talk about mental health, so I hope that this allows me to do my bit to help people.

Three specially selected crystals which have excellent properties to help reduce anxiety.
Amethyst can help to calm the mind.
Rose quartz has a lovely gentle nurturing energy, perfect if you could do with a hug!
Grey labradorite also calms the mind and reduces fears.
As an extra bonus, I have also added a lava bead. This not only reduces anxiety, and has grounding properties, you can also add a drop of essential oil, for extra calming vibes.
Stretch bracelet, so no fiddly clasps. Non stretch circumference of about 7inch / 18cm. If you are worried about sizing, drop me a message, and I can make adjustments.
