I love the feeling of motion from these spinning stars blocks, and this fabric collection from Andover fabrics felt perfect for a sparkly stars quilt.

Full description
A beautiful quilt filled with colourful spinning stars, perfect as either a lap quilt to keep you warm or as a baby quilt for a little one to explore on the floor! It would also making a stunning wall hanging.
The quilt is approximately 33 inches (84cm) square and is made with 100% high quality quilting cotton. The front has 9 spinning star patchwork blocks in various colours set within a cream coloured background. The stars are quilted using a straight line geometric design with free-motion stars in the background sections between the spinning star blocks.
The backing fabric is slightly darker cream colour, also in a 100% cotton fabric and there is an eco-friendly polyester wadding between the layers of cotton made from recycled plastic bottles. The quilt is then bound with a mixture of the backing and background fabrics to tie the 3 layers together. The binding is hand sewn to the back of the quilt to ensure a neat finish.
There are small triangular tags and a rectangle loop so the item can be hung on the wall.
The item will be carefully packaged in tissue paper and I use compostable packaging.
The quilt can be washed at 30 degrees C, I recommend using a colour catcher when washing the first few times to prevent the colours from running. Do not tumble dry.
