I needed some age birthday cards, and I have several 18th birthdays coming up, my own daughter included. I wanted to make a card with a more modern style, so played around with my stencils to find inspiration.

Handdrawn 18th birthday card & envelope
A handrawn star with 18 in the centre of the star. The star has been drawn on watercolour paper in mettalic pink pen, with 18 in pink with gold outline. The background behind the number is filled in using a Pointillism technique in the same colour as the lines of the star.
The star has then been cut out by hand and mounted onto white textured 6x6" card, small gold dots are used to accent the star in the angles & on the points.
The white insert inside the card is left blank for your own message. Comes with a plain white envelope
Postage for this card will be 1st class letter
