I go to Spain every year and love to watch flamenco dancers.
I decided it would be fun to create a figure of a woman dancer in my own unique way

This Flamenco lady has hand-coiled silver-coloured wire hair.
Full of movement as she dances in a fabulous red and black dotted extravagant frilled skirt and sleeves.
She has a red and gold rose on her neckline.
In her hand are castanets, and you can almost hear the music as she twists and swirls.
Painstakingly hand-crafted with stoneware clay and fired to 1240 degrees centigrade.
