Each of our products are handmade to order. Current lead times are 2-4 weeks
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Custom order products can not cancelled or refunded after 24 hours of it being placed. Please bear this in mind when making a purchase.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Made from solid pine and painted with a choice of satin finishes.
Antique style double hooks in a choice of black, antique brass and chrome finishes
Fully assembled.
Handmade to order in the UK.

4 Hooks – 600mm width x 165mm high x 170mm deep
6 Hooks – 870mm width x 165mm high x 170mm deep
8 Hooks – 1140mm width x 165mm high x 170mm deep
10 Hooks – 1410mm width x 165mm high x 170mm deep
12 Hooks – 1680mm width x 165mm high x 170mm deep
We can also offer custom orders for specific sizes and colours.

Each of our products are handmade to order, so processing time varies on how busy we are.

Installation:
Coat rack comes fully assembled. The mounting holes are behind the two outer hooks, (and middle hook on wider racks) so they are hidden from view once the rack has been fitted to the wall. The hooks with fixing holes behind them will not to be attached when delivered.
Please note:
We do not supply any wall screws or plugs with this item as the fixings depend on your wall construction. .
Products may differ slightly in colour/appearance from the examples shown in the pictures.
This is purely down to every piece of wood is unique and will have slightly different markings, grains and knots.
