A superb and substantially large polished agate geode which has been carved and polished to create a shallow trinket dish, this would make a wonderful gift for a collector, suitable for display, photographic prop, or just adding to a collection
The pretty Agate geode is translucent when held up to the light, with wide and narrow bands and swirls of brown, Amber, russet and an almost white translucent lines separating the shades. The edge of the geode dish is not polished and left naturally rough. The base has a thicker flattened section to allow it to sit steadily.
The oval dish when held straight, measures approx 123mms in length, approx 85mms in width, with a bowl depth of approx 15mms, at its widest points.
Edge depth is approx 5mms.
This stunning and vibrant Agate geode trinket dish is something which should be on show so I thought it would make a fantastic gift or photography prop. If you wanted to buy a gift as a token of love, or friendship, then this would be ideal. Equally, ideal for anyone who just loves Agate and amber tones.
As this item is a natural gemstone, it is not unbreakable, so not for robust use.
