Full description
The second of my 'summer hat' brooches - this time in lilac wool felt. After shaping, this 4.5 cm diameter hat has been carefully hand embroidered with tiny purple clematis and sprays of magenta lilac flowers, then finished with a vivid green bow and fitted with a metal brooch clasp. It is presented in a small drawstring gift bag made from a fine linen remnant, and would look equally at home on a posh frock or denim jacket.
Not suitable for small children due to sharp pin of brooch fitting.
