This titanium pendant necklace displays a range of attractive colours which really come to life when it catches the light..
The colouring process makes this pendant unique and one of a kind which means that no one else will have one that is identical.
I have hand sawed an oval shape from titanium sheet and given it a hammer textured finish to create an attractive texture and curved shape. I have then engraved an interesting random pattern into the surface before colouring.
The pendant measure approximately 2.2 x 2 cm and is attached with a sterling silver jump ring to an 18 inch sterling silver necklace chain.
Titanium is a hard wearing lightweight metal suitable for every day wear, however care should be taken not to scratch the surface as the colours are contained in an oxidised surface layer. Titanium doesn't tarnish however if you wish to clean it you can do so in warm soapy water, without using any abrasives and dry with a soft cloth.
