Once upon a time this was a ladies summer dress. She has a little sister in the form of a strappy sun dress (please see 'Floral Linen Summer Dress'), and this skirt only happened because I had just enough fabric left over from the dress. She kind of fell into place as it were. She can be dressed up or down with either a nice t-shirt with a sequin print or logo, or something a little more formal like a shirt or shell top tucked into the waist. However she's worn she will keep your little girl cool on a summers day.
