I have always wondered why coasters are traditionally quite small, mugs seems to get larger and I feel that many coasters are just not large enough, so I wanted to make bigger coasters and the wonderful napkin designs available make them a real joy to make..I hope you get lots of pleasure using them...

Handmade, Circular Decoupage Gardening Coaster Set of 2
Measuring 11.5 cm these are a generous size coaster and even the largest of mugs or glass will be easily accommodated
Made using 4mm plywood, which after sanding receives 3 coats of acrylic paint. The image is then applied using the traditional decoupage technique and finally the coaster receives 3 coats of heatproof/waterproof matt varnish
The edges of the coaster is finished with antique gold and the reverse of the coaster has had dark green velvet applied to prevent the coaster scratching any surface
The coasters are suitable for both hot and cold drinks
As these are individually handmade there may be slight variations in image placement, but the overall picture remains the same
Coasters make lovely gifts for yourself and loved ones. For orders of 2 or more coasters, they will be tied together with ribbon & wrapped in tissue.
CARING FOR YOUR COASTER:
Gently wipe clean your coaster, please do not immerse in water due to the materials used
