This hand embroidered wool felt scissor case will accommodate scissors up to 6" long fully encased, or up to 8" with the handles exposed and will easily hold 2 pairs.The scissor case has a scalloped edge and is overlayed with a contrasting, hand embroidered, wool felt topper, additionally decorated with pearls, button and a scissor charm.
This heirloom quality wool felt is one of the best quality felts you can get. It's very soft, yet strong and doesn't loose it's shape, or go bobbly. It is also naturally stain resistant.
Unlike a wool blend or acrylic felt, there is no shine to the felt & the beautiful muted shades are a joy to work with.
This will make a lovely, useful gift for yourself, but anyone that loves to craft would be delighted with your choice.
