You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Return Policy I hope you are happy with your purchase from Tilly And The Moose. However, if you change your mind your item can be returned within 14 days, with the exception of any personalised items and also all earrings due to hygiene reasons (please be aware these items are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless faulty). Please message me for authorisation to send your item back and please include your order number, contact details and the reason that you wish to return your item. Items must be unworn / unused, returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. The item/s will need to be carefully packaged to protect them from damage during their return delivery to me. The cost of the item will be refunded on receipt of the unspoilt returned item, but you are responsible for the cost of the return postage to me. Please check your packages on arrival, if your item has a fault or you have concerns message me within 24hrs. Authorisation must be given before the return of the faulty item/s. Thank You

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
