I love making tartan fascinators. I have a bag full of tartan scraps from kilt makers and a box of grouse feathers. They just go together.

Full description
This fascinator is made with pure wool tartan in shades of red, aquamarine, and black. It has a diameter of 13cm, and it sits on a thin black metal hairband. It is worn on the right side. It is decorated with red and aquamarine feathers which have been hand cut to provide an interesting shape. The feathers are held together by a black and red applique which is topped with a
