This fabric is so much fun, and you may have seen it elsewhere in my shop in the form of a skater skirt. I think it would be perfect for a festival as it will sparkle in the sunshine and keep you hydrated and cool. You must be sure that the water is properly chilled before you use the cooler as it won't work.
I was actually given the idea by a good friend of mine who I showed my wine and champagne coolers to. She'd only carries a small bag around with her and likes to have water, especially in the summer, and so there the water cooler was born.
