With best wishes for a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Thank you for your support in 2024, the shop will reopen in early January.

I am a self taught textile artist who works mainly in recycled/upcycled fabrics to make home wares and accessories

The inspiration for this was to use up those lovely scraps of fabric which I can’t bear to throw away, whilst creating something functional but fun. We all need storage pots, or even just as something to make you smile.

Full description

I hate waste - so designed these storage pots to use up all those pieces of fabric which are too lovely to throw away, and they are so useful.

This one is perfect for a desk tidy, pen pot or even make up brushes.

This particular storage pot is made from a upcycled curtain sample of sky blue with a subtle taupe pattern in it.

It has been decorated with an oystercatcher which has been hand embroidered onto an oddment of wool clothing and then appliquéd to the pot.

The pot has been interlined with an iron-on interfacing.

The pot is lined in a textured aqua textile which was a sample curtain in a previous life.

As I source fabrics whenever and wherever I found them, I’m not always certain of fibre content.

Size: 10 cm diameter by 11 cm high
