These lovely hoop earrings are made from 0.8mm sterling silver wire. I made a small loop at one end for the clasp, then hammered the wire into a complete circle and closed the clasp. To wear them you simply need to thread the wire through your pierced ear and push the end of it into the small clasp loop. The silver hoop can be worn on its own or with beads threaded onto it. In this case I have added six turquoise chips to each hoop. To prevent the chips sliding off, I have used round-nosed pliers to put a gentle bend in the end of the wire. Care is needed to avoid distorting the hoops when the clasp is open. The diameter of the hoop is about 2.5cm.
These earrings have been tumble-polished to a bright shine. They will be packaged in a gift box and sent to you by Royal Mail first class post.
