Skincare pads have been a popular item, we originally made these as gifts for friends before the business had even started properly. They have changed quite a bit since then, including using soft brushed cotton fabric instead of a plain cotton, which is much kinder on the skin.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These gorgeous hare-patterned reusable makeup removal pads are ideal for someone sustainable - wash your makeup pads instead of throwing them out. Our makeup pads are made with soft brushed cotton in white, with the quirky hare print on the back, made to match your washbag, makeup bag, or anything else in the collection.
Soft and reusable, our makeup pads are a perfect gift for that makeup lover who wants to use less waste. The pads are reusable and machine washable, you can also look out for our washbags to keep them safe in the machine and together! Made from avio cotton for the fun backing and soft white brushed cotton for the pad, they are also lightly padded to ensure they are durable and comfortable to use. The best practice for use is to use one a day for your makeup removal or skincare routine, then to put them in a washbag, secure it and wash them. They can also be hand washed.
