I have cold hands ALL THE TIME, I wake up with cold hands, I go to bed with cold hands, and I just can't find ways to keep them warm throughout the day. That's why I made handwarmers, they were especially useful for me while walking in the autumn, where I could just pop my hands in my cosy pockets!
