I enjoyed carving the owl, seemed sensible to make a copy. Bit worried it will break, so have one hanging in my bathroom, seems ok (I added PVA glue to the water when mixing the plaster of paris). Note they are a little rough in places, with bubble holes and some have varied height where I didn't mix enough plaster of paris, but that is how it is... if you wish to spend some time with polyfilla and then paint them, it will be a nice project.... it is solid plaster with a 3mm hole drilled through.

Full description

A couple of years ago I carved a little owl from some wood.... then using dental putty made a mould to allow a few plaster copies to be made. (these were mixed with PVA glue so should be pretty robust), allowed to dry then a coat of acrylic lacquer. would be a nice painting project if you have someone artistic in your house... the beads are not included, but I will drill a USA cent for the bottom to stop the cord pulling through, as on this one....hopefully you have your own cord on your bathroom light.
