My autistic son has been my inspiration for making these fidget/worry worms. Anything them helps to ease his anxieties and sensory overloads is a winner in my book.

Cute crochet worry worm for anxiety, autism, adhd etc...
The corkscrew body of the worm and the tentacles of the octopus have a calming effect when played with, helping to relieve stress and anxieties. They make a cute little friend to take with you anywhere, so they are there when you need them and will hopefully make you smile too.
