My drawing of the disused lido at the end of Longsands beach, Tynemouth, Tyne & Wear. Built in 1925 and a popular destination for over 50 years, decay began to set in from the late 1970s onwards, as international holidays became more and more favoured and accessible. The concrete, rust, and silt that's left completely fascinates me; here it is, in pen and pastel to grace any art lover's wall.
The drawing is A3 size, mounted, framed and ready to hang. The mount is white with a black highlight inner core. The frame is dark painted wood, with a slightly distressed finish to pick out some of the character of the subject. Overall, with the frame, the picture is 55cm wide x 42cm high (21.5 inch x 16.5 inch).
I will post to you either on the day you buy or the next working day. It will be 1st class Royal Mail for the UK, and international standard for outside the UK.
