I have been diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and I designed this on a particularly dark day, I'm "fortunate" that my PMDD only affects me around 7 to 10 days out of the month so I really designed this as a reminder to myself, that this dark cloud hanging over me will blow over, because it always does.

This Brighter days pattern is a beautiful, colourful and simple design- perfect for beginners!
It's designed to fit a 3 inch hoop and uses 5 coloured thread (but you could use more or less, if you like!)
