I love making things, this started off as an ornamental turning exercise, using the lather to make eccentric patterns, then it seemed obvious to use pyrography to add decoration as well as some colour, finally finished with acrylic lacquer that is child safe... I envisaged it as a wooden pendant, 41 mm diameter, 2 mm thick...somebody said it could make a nice token or keyring identifier

A token/ pendant I made using pyrography and ornamental wood turning techniques 41mm diameter and approx 2 mm thick made from a recycled rolling pin, probably beech
