Rock Crystal, also known as clear or white Quartz, is a clear or milky-white mineral, often with inclusions, veils or bubbles contained within.
'Quartz' comes fro the Greek for ice - the ancient Greeks believed it was ice that was so deeply frozen it couldn't melt.
In the middle ages, clairvoyants used balls of clear Quartz to foresee the future,
Worn as jewellery it is believed to bring clarity and perspective.
Bloodstone is a dark green form of Chalcedony that is flecked with red spots of iron oxide that resemble splatters of blood.
It has been regarded by man as a healing stone for over 5,000 years, and ancient warriors believed it would staunch wounds, and bring courage and protection in battle.
Today it is associated with spring, new life, new beginnings and new experiences.

Full description
The centrepiece for this striking bracelet is a 16mm Rock Crystal wave, set between a 6mm bloodstone, 6mm clear Swarovski crystal bracketed by copper, and a trio of 6mm bloodstone beads.
The circle is completed with alternating 4mm beads of Bloodstone and Rock Crystal.
Rock Crystal, or White Quartz is the semi-precious alternative to Diamond as the April Birthstone, while Bloodstone is the traditional Zodiac stone for Aries (March 22 - April 20).
The clear Swarovski crystals also at as alternatives to Diamond, and add a nice sparkle, while the bright shine of copper complements the dark forest green of the Bloodstone.
This unusual, stretch bracelet measures approximately 6.75 inches (17cm).
Your bracelet will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
