Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Pierced earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons if the tamper seal is broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
These studs are made from all off the off cuts and left over bits from making all my other pieces of jewellery.
All my off cuts are melted down in to mini pebbles and stamped with your choice of initials and sterling silver posts soldered on.
Please let me know in the notes to seller which initials you'd like, you can have both the same or different, it's completely up to you!
