I wanted a mug design that was for my Brothers birthday, he is a very serious tea drinker, and when asked when he was at work, "would you like a tea" he could hand them the mug and his specifications are on it!
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Craftsmanship: Each mug is made to order, which means I hand paint each one specifically for you. After painting, the mug goes through a drying process, is dipped in glaze, allowed to dry again, and then fired in a kiln. This meticulous approach can take up to 10 days for delivery.
Your mug will arrive gift boxed, beautifully wrapped, and ready for giving. To promote sustainability, I reuse as much packaging material as possible. All items are sent via 2nd class signed-for delivery.
