The design of this bag came from my love of the Georgian period. I am drawn to the delicate fabrics and colours used at the time as well as the great attention to detail and quality. The Regency lady and gentlemen adorned in all their finery was my inspiration for this piece.
The finished product is a great little bag and will be a fabulous gift for a loved one who has a love of Jane Austen or the Georgian period. It makes a wonderful lingerie bag as well as a makeup, toiletry, project or tablet bag.

This is a unique, one of a kind hand crafted Drawstring bag in a Regency style theme.
I used an assortment of red, blue and cream fabrics adding a stunning printed cotton centrepiece depicting a Georgian lady and gentlemen.
The bag is fully lined and I added a single coffee coloured drawstring closure to the bag, the length of the ribbon is generous enabling the bag to be hung and closed tightly when desired. At the end of the tie I added some embroidery detail.
The bag measures approx 31cm / 12 inches long and 22cm / 8 1/2 inches wide. Hand washing recommended however it is machine washable on a delicate cold wash cycle. Dry flat and cool iron.
