A hint of Spring is in the air, time to think about the garden (even if you are still vacuuming bits of Xmas tinsel out of your carpets) and maybe plan something romantic as it’s less than a month until Valentine’s Day… please note that I’m not currently able to take custom orders, I have a shoulder issue that I need to sort out before I can start hammering again!

Full description
Two vintage soup spoons, hand stamped with decorative wording. One says 'Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside' in a wiggly wavy pattern with a little image of a bee; the other says 'swimming with the fishes' with little fish in amongst the words.
Each spoon (they are matching) measures approx. 18cm long and has a plain 'old english' style handle. The wording is coloured black with acrylic paint (waterbased and nontoxic); wash by hand not in a dishwasher.
You will receive the two spoons shown in the photos. They are vintage and pre-owned so they do show signs of age and wear, although they are nice heavy quality spoons with a lot of wear left in them and they are shinier than my photos make them look. These were prototypes for a range of spoons for a summer exhibition that never happened, so they're being offered for sale at a lower-than-usual price.
