Back in 2017 I went to a workshop to learn the techniques of how to decorate Mandala designs onto stones. I quickly became hooked and found it a really mindful activity. I subsequently went on to deliver workshops of my own volunteering for a local NHS Recovery College for their Art and Craft workshops and also delivering to community groups.This was the start of my Mindful Maker journey.
