After leaving my home country 18 years ago, I felt alone, but paper dolls became my friends. I created them by drawing, cutting, and putting them together. Each doll had a unique personality and style. They brought me comfort and joy. I started to sell them, hoping to spread the same sense of warmth and love they had brought me. People took notice of my paper dolls, and we would bond over our shared love of them. They helped me find a sense of community and belonging. Now, I am proud to share them with the world.
