My pieces are based on the concept of Labyrinth Walking and designed to assist with meditation / mindfulness practice.
Labyrinths have been in use for over 4000 years. Their basic design is fundamental to nature and many cultures and religious traditions, there are several famous labyrinths in cathedrals across the world. Unlike mazes; there is only one way in and one way out.
Whichever religion or spiritual path you are following, walking a labyrinth clears and focuses the mind as you concentrate on your journey toward the centre, circling inward physically and mentally, while contemplating a question that is troubling you, a prayer or mantra, or simply emptying the mind of troubling thoughts.
Allow yourself some time to be still in the centre before exiting the labyrinth and returning to 'the world'.
Although traditionally one walks a labyrinth, tracing a finger around the path can produce much the same meditative state.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Handmade clay meditation labyrinth.
To help you build meditation or mindfulness practice into your daily life, this piece is a perfect size for to focussing the mind or de-stressing at home, work or school.
This piece features a version of a classical style turf labyrinth on a surface inspired by the forest.
Diameter: 15cm (approx. 6”).
